It's weird now but if I read this in my horse girl era when I was like 7 I would have combusted.
It's really similar to Aitsu no Daihonmei, they are both long running manga with a popular seme and unpopular uke. But the manga I'm thinking of everyone is scared of the uke and it's not shounen-ai because I think they have sex in like the first chapter. I read this manga a few months ago and I can't remember what it's called. It was an isekai with a pretty standard op black haired MC, the only thing I remember that was unique is this side character Wilhelm(?) who was this scary looking guy with a spear but was protecting an orphanage. There was also a kid with cat ears who could see the future or something.
Any ideas? I tried searching tags but there are too many isekai, RPG, reincarnation, stuck in a game, shounen mangas.
