First of all, I don't think your selfish. The fact your even considering this shows that you care. Rather than asking for a different bed frame (the one you want but cheaper option), and asking your mom to return something that was gifted to you. I think its better to tell her that you're disturbed by the color of the bedpost and want to paint it. ......   reply
