you need to sent them either your ID, passport or driving license (no need registration korean number to verify age for overseas user)
Open the form on chrome so the site can translate it to english. And make sure to blur all information (address, face) EXCEPT name, age and gender. Oh and your age shown must be 18+ above. Hope that helps.
