Charlie and crew forced Choi to get a sex change and threw him into a female brothel! However, the lady pimp of the brothel feels sorry for Choi and helps him escape after one of their customers finds out Choi was once a man and beats him up to the brink of death! On the run Choi stumbles on the Seme who has now settled down after being betrayed by his Secretary! The Seme has now opened up a small coffee shop in a distant village town! When Choi finds out the Seme had turned his back on the world of pimping prostitutes, him along with it, he gets mad and feels betrayed! Because the Seme didn’t save him from Charlie, Choi devises a plan to seduce the Seme in his female body and betray him when he catches feelings. Revenge! At first the Seme doesn’t realise that the female is Choi and actually falls in love! But he keeps having waking dreams of Choi everytime they have sex and soon realise that Choi is the female. Upset that Charlie forced Choi to become female the Seme runs back to the city to kidnap Charlie and use his body parts to turn back Choi into a man via surgery! Meanwhile, Choi wakes up to find the Seme gone and assumes he ran away from him again. The last chapter ends after Choi jumps into the sea to commit suicide cause of his broken heart but a new hot guy (we don’t know his name yet) manages to pull him out and save him!

Remember in chapter 36, after the secretary betrays the Seme and dumps him in the village, he and Charlie go back to Choi’s room and drag him to that dingy looking place! It even had those weird looking torture instruments that we later find out are surgery tools after the panel shows Choi on he surgery table with those two doctors operating on him. They even talk about how he doesn’t enjoy sex as much anymore because they didn’t do the surgery well! That’s how that one client figures out he was male before and beats him up. Even in the last chapter as he jumps off the bridge he screams:

“you didn’t love me as man and you couldn’t love me as a female either, you’ve broken my heart twice - twice I have died, this time let my third death be by my own hands”.

I’m really excited to see if the Seme will get Charlie’s body parts and turn Choi back, but he probably won’t find him cause of the suicide! And that hot guy who saves Choi! He looks really nice and hot!

What manga are you commenting on?! Season 1 didn't end until chapter 38. And there's been no mention of Charlie since. Not any surgical scenes. And hyungdo is being whored out but other than 1 scene we haven't seen what it was like for him at the brothel. You have me totally confused
