As someone who read the novel, I feel the story here is doing injustice to killian and ediths hardwork jn their territory. Like dude she brought about health insurance to the people, made other good policies for the people
Agree, idk what they’re doing to cliff either here like? He was the primary victim besides Edith and ended up with a modest quiet happiness at least. Like I was so interested in them expanding on his novel wide here

Yeah so true. This is just making cliff seem like a psychopath when in the novel he was also influenced and later breaks out of it and married a normal noble.
