Gosh I can't wait to see how Pariya and Umar's relationship develops! But one thing that bothers me particularly (that doesn't have to do with Pariya or Umar) is why Amir is so worried about people being sick. I hope we get some kind of back story like maybe a loved one passed away and she now has that fear or whatever but it's kind of just left at she's terrified of someone getting sick and losing the people she loves but there's no reason to why it's built up to that (I dunno maybe I'm thinking too far/deep XD)
I think it has something to do with her sister (or cousin) being in an abusive marriage with an old man (he was in the story somewhere, when Amir's dan and brother wanted to take Amir back and wed her to the old man because he has vast territory or something). I get the impression that the sister died and after that Amir said "she was never fallen ill before, but..."
I think that may be the reason. Or additional reason, the main reason is she's just overly protective like that :)
