If the story starts with MC having a crush or already being involved with Frist lead and Second leads appear and insteadly start moving too fast and confusing the MC, than Second lead is endgame. In this case is like SL is the savior who either helps MC of getting away from a toxic dynamic or they make them forget abt their imposible crush
