I wanna see both sides of the coin! If there are shit unsupportive parents or family members that can't accept gay relationships, I wanna read it!

IF there is very supportive family members of their child's gay relationship I wanna ready that too!

I live for the drama a unaccepting or supportive family brings to the dynamic of a bl and would love any suggestions

    i remember my dad scolding me shitless just bc i joked abt me being a girl n liking girls lol hes homophobic and even considered gay ppl as virus, germs, and shit i really wanna have a say in it but the consequences are just too bitchy since hes fucking sick in the head and the family's only source of income smh

    Im sorry to hear that, ive been lucky in that my Regan worshiping father happens to just really love his kids more than an ideology, so when I came out as gay and my sister came out as lesbian both our parents worked really hard to understand and adapt their thinking to that. Are they always correct no but if told they make an effort to fix their mistake and that is all my sister and I can ask because at least they are trying. Wow that came off as more braging than I meant it too but yeah I hope you get to a better place where you can support yourself and come out safely, if you must do it make sure you are financially independent. Remember if they can't stand to see you happy then that is their problem, cut them off if it gets bad once you are away from that

    i honestly dont give a shit abt what they say but its really nice to hear that they accepted u and are trying their best to understand ^^ there arent much parents like that nowadays so its really a good thing that theyre alright about it <//3

I realize its a rarity in BL but one if the cool things about male/male sex is that anyone can top and anyone can bottom because why not? So to anyone thats read any good BL with some guys that switch it up it would be very much appreciated (sorry if this is poorly worded lol)

I tend to prefer longer narratives from yaoi and so any recommendations of yaoi with multiple volumes or chapters would be appreciated, from fluff to smut anything goes as long as its got a boat load of content id love to try it out.

So the yaoi starts off with someone putting a confession letter in a wrong shoebox only for the "ugly or scary" student to find it and then the two start dating. I remember the parents of the "scary boy" being very supportive and that his eyes were drawn with dots and almond shaped and thats why some saw him as scary. I just can't seem to find it

Father, I have a confession... I have a major bias towards yaoi where the families of one or both of the guys are introduced to the other for better or worse..... I confess my bias gets even bigger when the family is supportive.

Due to this bias I'd like to yell this request into the endless void of the internet:
Is there a yaoi you love that depicts a familial relationship (non-incest being the one stipulation) that is positive on a character? Whether it be apathetic acceptance ("honey I've known since you were 5ish, what do you want for dinner" - my exes coming out story) or active acceptance like in Honto Yajuu, I just want the fuzzy feelings.

Thanks if you read this wall of text (although I'm pretty sure this will be lost to the winds of mangago forums quickly) and thanks for any suggestions you may deliver I'll be sure to read and add to my list. From one gay fudanshi to the yaoi community thanks :D
