Being an alpha, I think that the doctor wouldn't be so calm in a room filled with omega pheromones, even thought there are alpha pheromones around too. Instead he is not affected by the atmosphere, so or he has already mated or there's another bond between the two. And yeah, I remember he is a familiar of Doyun.

Okay first of all when i saw the manga i thought it looked ugly since the hero of the story is ugly as af xD but later on i started seeing him cute (≧∀≦)!! the story is really fluffy and cute that bring warmness into your heart i love these type of stories because it's not really fast or pushed on you it's slow and steady and they care for personality a lot of yaoi stories only about sex but this one has it both hot steamy moments ヾ(☆▽☆) and cute lovely moments (づ￣ ³￣)づ
