I feel like the author completely forgot that the MC's "soul" came from our modern world and took over Feng Jui's body. It's been quite a while since there was even a hint of a reference to it.
And if that origin story was just a stepping stone, why use it at all? Why not just have the MC go through some kind of awakening while at the brink of death? Why did it HAVE to start as an isekai?

His motivation is basically "MC destroyed my world, so I'll to hop into a different timeline/dimension to try and get revenge on the version of the MC there." How the hell does that make sense? They're two completely different people, and in this version MC is actually a hero who saved the world...
Goddamn...third time reading through the entire manga, and it's still just so damn good. The pacing, the hints at first and then the slow reveals. The battles that keep ramping up at a good pace. And even the stories after the main one ended, like his son or how other people lived without the appearance of the gates.
This manwha is seriously perfection when it comes to this genre.
Good god talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy. "This guy destroyed the world in all other timelines I've seen. In this one humanity is thriving. I know, let me paint him as the enemy of humanity in this timeline as well, despite him only ever fighting to rid the world of monsters! That'll surely not result in him actually becoming the enemy of humanity! Nah, this'll surely save the world!"
Good god this current main villain is fucking brain dead. This timeline was fine. But now he's doing everything in his power to cause the exact thing he's "saying" he's trying to prevent.

Yup, the gods totally suck. "Oh we failed on our little project. Welp, we'll just abandon it and move on to the next project!" Human lives really are just like ants to them. "Oh my ant colony was invaded by another ant species and is dying? Eh, I'll throw it away and try again."
Yuji should seriously learn from his mistake in chapter 66.2... Instead of dealing with the problem when he dragon was still weaker, he decided to be his passive self once again and "wait and see". And now he's in deeper shit than if he had acted right away. >.>

Does anyone else get huge Bleach vibes from this webtoon?
-A living person who is incredibly strong and has impossible potential goes to the world of the dead to fight the powers that be on that side. (Ichigo)
-Dead people live in societies just like in real life, and the time period is closer to medieval times. (Soul society)
-There's clans with leaders (the 11 divisions with captains anyone?)
-Souls can get corrupted and turn into monsters (hollows) if they do.
-Each person has their own special ability/weapon. (zanpakutou)
-Clan leaders (captains) start becoming the MC's allies as the story progresses.
-And I'm not super far in yet, but it sounds like once he has his team of important figures together they'll fight an even bigger opponent together. (Aizen and the espada arc?)
I'm not saying it's the same. There are clear differences. But I do feel like the author at least took "some" inspiration from Bleach. :P
Started reading this thinking it might just be another average wuxia comic. Turns out the "twists" in this one actually make it pretty unique! Seol is so damn cute~ And while grandpa is strong, he's not at the top like you often see in these web comics. Instead I love how he uses his wits and experience to manipulate situations to his favor instead. :) Also nice to see the "other side" of both the supposed "righteous side" and the "ruffians". Basically the concept of yin and yang where there is always some (or in this case a lot of) darkness in good, and good (a decent amount of good in this case) in darkness.

At first it was said that the next level dungeon will spawn when the current level dungeon is cleared. Now in chapter 33 the MC says the next level dungeon will spawn "when the strongest monster dies" and a moment later it's said the next dungeon will spawn when all the lycans are dead. So...which one is it? When the dungeon is cleared, when the strongest monster dies, or when all the current strongest monsters in all the dungeons across the world die? Make up your mind, author...
Also, the MC is a bit of a dick, isn't he... ^^;; Or at least very selfish. He wants to get stronger and clear everything as soon as possible. He's already realized this means all the higher level dungeons across the world will be impossible to clear, meaning tons of monsters are now destroying cities and probably countries. Logically if the MC continues the rest of the world would be destroyed within weeks, because he's literally the only person on earth able to deal with the monsters. Especially now that way higher level ones than the dungeon level have spawned.

So many stories where the setting is supposed to be medieval fantasy. Yet either the world somehow has technology to make almost modern clothing, trinkets, food, etc. Or the MC (as in this case) magically manages to produce all of the modern day luxuries somehow.
Like...look at that brick cabin... perfect straight bricks and fairly modern western design, immaculate sofa (where did he even get padding to fill it?), perfect modern rug, a bathroom with a heated bath and a toilet, a storage room with a fridge, and an onsen in the back. It's basically just a mix of a modern Japanese house and a western house from like 100 years ago at most.

Well this is something I didn't expect. A magic/fantasy manga that actually incorporates our current understanding of physics. Heck they're even hinting at string theory (the golden vibrating ring in his dreams), and stuff like quantum fields/quantum foam. As someone who has some understanding of this stuff, I'm loving it. :P Since electrons were mentioned I wonder if they'll also touch upon other fundamental particles like quarks, neutrinos, bosons, and gluons.
But yea for anyone who's into physics they should have recognized the string from string theory. It's still a hypothesis (an unproven option, not an actual theory so far), but it's an interesting attempt at a theory of everything. (merging quantum mechanics and general relativity into one theory.)
