Honestly I am fluent in Japanese ( English is my second language) , but because of money being really tight (I am a college student) I have not been able to buy manga, ( but I do read on Japanese manga websites that give you some chapters of the manga to read, I also plan to start buying on the kindle once I get one.. Which may be after I graduate ......
