sorry mate i dont know how to properly explain what stress is but yeah thats the gist of what stress is lol
the best way to explain would be pressure, like having to do so many things or have a lot of responsibilities and you don't know where to start and like you can't catch up and you're just so overwhelmed by everything, its basically just emotional/mental pressure
It's because I got 3 fails in my grades usually its just one so my teachers, parents and friends kept asking if I was stressed
