Yep, that's how it was. We saw a bloodied knife in her first regression and the dialogue practically spelled it out, and that was only the first time after going back in time. Then it was said she regressed many times to that very same day, so... now we know at least 3 more of those times, she went back because she had taken her life again.
Oops, I meant the bloodied knife that appeared in her 2nd regression (not in the first one, in the first one she was sent back to the past again because she went to sleep instead of waking up the dragon guy, in the second, she was sent back because she took her life).
