i mean in that sense it has a realistic feel. any adult can convinces themselves that the lust they feel can perhaps be love. how we feel reading those scenes is maybe the ukes feelings after realizing he split with Mr.Han. idk i think that portion was a bit necessary for the uke to realize the shit he’s doing
