And he makes no boundaries because he's the kind who always thinks well of others and have no sense of caution. That's his flaw, as much as insecurity is Minato's. They really need to work it out together.
True. That’s exactly his flaw, he doesn’t make boundaries. He prioritizes pleasing over boundaries which sucks and doesn’t help much with Minato trauma/insecurity. And Shizuma being happy that Minato is jealous doesn’t make it any better either. Ugh they both need to get it together. I also find Shizuma saying unnecessary things to his boss like comparing Minato’s social skill to the boss’s, saying the boss is more pleasant and Minato is much worse. It’s shitty.
Hopefully they resolve it.
