We still don't know if he really is in a coma. he might be just sedated. There are many states of unconsciousness and there is no need to assume that he is in a coma until we have been told.

But how can he be sedated for over a month? It does not make much sense. He could have been put in artificial coma by doctors to prevent further brain injuries. But let's wait and see... at least we won't wait until spring to get the answer :)))

The text on the cover and on the webpage of be boy gold translates as "a new chapter of finder starts" and "are Asami and Akihito still unconscious?".
From that I would judge - and hope - that it is indeed not an extra/bonus, but the beginning of the new chapter, but I guess we can only tell once we see the pages

Mikhail & Fei Long flee from the Helicopter which is then shot down by Fei Long's men. Kirishima and Asami's men join them, telling Fei Long that Asami and Akihito are still somewhere in the building. Fei Long orders his men to search for them. Some moments later the call him over to where they found something...
Fei Long wakes up in his bed - he dreamt of the moment they found Akihito & Asami. He did have that nightmare for several nights (so some days have passed) and he doesn't find any rest.
Tao comes to him and is worried, but Fei Long tells him, that everything is fine. Tao leaves. He is worried. He thinks Fei Long does not confide in him because he doesn't trust him.
Next we find Mikhail in a bar in downtown Hong Kong drinking on his own. Fei Long joins him. Mik wonders how he knows he would be there. Fei Long explains that there is nothing he doesn't know in Hong Kong and that he did some research on Mikhail. He knows that Mik always goes to this bar when he wants to drink alone.
Mik asks him why he came, if he was 'dying to see him'. Fei Long says yes and Mikhail gives meme reaction face. Fei Long wants to know if Mik can't sleep as well. Mikhail says that he keeps seeing Yuri. In his dream he shoots Yuri in the forehead, but Yuri keeps coming back to life. He was a pain in the ass before and is still even after his death.
Fei Long says it's never easy to kill family. That at one point it might 'hopefully' just become one of the dirty jobs you do.
Mik says that these words mean a lot to him as they're said by someone who knows his situation (He's talking about Finder no Rakuin where Fei Long ordered Yan Tsui's death).
So Mik asks why Fei is there. Fei Long answers he can't sleep. Why, asks Mikhail and Fei answers that he's probably just lonely. Then he asks Mikhail if he could help him sleep.
Next we find them in a hotel room, kissing and stuff. Mikhail says he won't be gentle, Fei Long says neither will he. They have angry sex =D and enjoy it.
When Mikhail wakes up in the morning Fei Long is already gone. He calls him a sneaky cat for that.
Fei Long is headed for the hospital. First he visits Akihito, who is unconscious. His hair is cut short, there is a bandage around his head and some bandaids on his cheeks and a pulse control on his finger. Fei Long tells him that he looks better, that he came to visit very early in the morning, that it's pretty cold outside and asks him how long Aki plans to sleep. He touches his hand then leaves.
There's a guard in front of Asami's room. When Fei Long enters he has a flash back of the actual moment he found Akihito and Asami between the debris, lying next to each other.
Asami is unconscious as well. There's an oxygen mask on his face, some bandages around his chest and some band aids here and there. Also these heart control stickers are fixed on his chest (I don't know what they're called) and he seems to be getting an infusion.
Fei Long takes his hand and says something like him and Akihito both being a pain in the ass. He asks Asami if he really wanted to die with Akihito. Then he tells him that he will not allow that because if ANYBODY killed Asami that would be he (Fei) himself, and that therefore Asami better got his ass off the bed and woke up.
Fei Long leaves in the moment Asami opens his eyes.
Information on the last pages reads as "Next Be Boy Gold issue (Dec. 28th 2020) a new chapter starts.
Thank you for the summary, i have one question on the translation for i have read 2 different translations on the page where Fei thinks Asami can't die if he's not the killer. Another translation (from chinese maybe not sure) said Fei Long actually thinks "if you die, what would I do?"......anyway, do you think from Fei Long words that he still has some kind of feelings toward Asami? I don't mean love but maybe regret, sadness, or anything else?????? I mean he feels something but frankly I can't understand what. Also is it a private hospital of Baishe or how? Did you notice if it is written anywhere? Thank you in advance!

In my personal opinion, this and previous chanters confirm that unfortunately Fei still loves Asami. Did you see how he blushed in the hospital? But I also ageree that he knows that Asami loves Akihito and he is genuinely helping them and he likes and respects Akihito as well.
I don't see any blushing. If you mean those lines directly underneath his eyes, I'd say they make him worried and distressed.
He loves him in a way. I don't doubt that. As much as Asami loves him in a way. Just not on terms of a romantic relationship.

It reads like "new chapter" but that does not mean that a new arc starts there. Might as well be a one shot or something.
The 11th volume - which would very likely end with this chapter now - is scheduled for release in spring as far as I know. So I think that December will have an extra and the new arc will not start before the 11th volume has been published, but that's just my wild guessing.

Thanks for this! It makes it all clear now and I do realize that I probably went too far with the interpretation. I've basically only seen half of the scans and no accurate translation. I assumed Aki had surgery because of the short hair and the head bandage. Also, Fei was talking about the daily weather so casually as if it was a habit. He also asked how long Akihito would still sleep which means he has been unconscious for days at least... so it was obvious he visits him quite regularly. Anyways, I can't wait for the next chapter. At this point, I honestly have no idea how the story would progress. Good think I am not a writer! Asami woke up before Akihito which is interesting... What would be his next move, I wonder! ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Spoilers:
The title of the new arc is Innocent Eyes.
On the first double page we see Akihito right, and on the left Asami, Fei Long, Mikhail and Alex (see below).
There is an attack on the hospital. Sakazaki and some men (Chernobog?) came to take Asami and Sudou, but Asami is gone, so they take Akihito instead, who just woke up.
5 month later Asami is at the house of his older half-brother. He is still injured and can’t leave, and has no contact with his men. There is also Alex(?) a man with Asami worked before.
With his phone Asami contacts Kirishima, finds out that Akihito has been found in Warsaw and that Fei Long thinks it’s a trap. Asami goes there, anyway together with Alex.
He finds Akihito with the Warsaw police, they go to a hotel room. Akihito says he can’t remember what happened, he was locked in a room for a long time and then was left on the street.
They have sex, then Akihito draws a knife, raises it above Asami and says “Bye bye Asami-san”.

Well, it's a start of a whole new Arc so obviously something as dramatic had to happen. I just hope Aki wasn't raped by Sodu or anyone else during his captivity. Other than that I find the the rest very interesting. Akihito turning against Asami and Asami trying to get him back (to his senses) will be fun to read!

Many chapters are comined to one arc. Finder had many arcs and in it many chapters.
The last arc was "Pray in the Abyss" with started with the 7th Manga book.
All the chapters after that (except for the bonus/extras) are chapters of the "Pray in the Abyss" arc until the last chapter which was published in october. The last one currently up here.
With that chapter "Pray in the Abyss" ended.
With this chapter a new arc starts which is name "Innocent eyes" and which will have many chapters.

It's just so weird that in the last panel (I posted spoilers above BTW) Akihito says Asami's name and it's written in Katakana (with San also) - not sure why that would be as we know Asami's name is written in Kanji. Something to do with the Russian programming maybe? Lol
