Im pretty sure he was sucking out the blood so she wouldn’t choke haha; medically when ur laying down and coughing up blood, the buildup can’t be pushed down since ur laying—& im not completely sure abt this part but im pretty sure ur not supposed to move them unless ur supposed to move them to the side, I forgot but either or
