In true dad fashion, Seth didn't want it yet he was the closest to the cat right after Anubis. The cat was heavily pampered and loved by the family, from its first batch of kittens to even its grandchildren.
Eventually, the cat passed away from old age and Seth was the one who gave it a proper peaceful send off in the sand :,)
