Chitose, Toranosuke and Ryuunosuke's deceased sister passed away from pneumonia. She was really young, and Ryuu left her unsupervised so she went out and got rained on. Pneumonia killed a lot of young children back then because they're lungs aren't strong yet.

The servant of Guesta accused and insulted Klein because he believed that Klein spilled water on Guesta from a balcony above(only because Guesta spilled water on Klein before) Klein got angry and assaulted the servant that was blaming and insulting him.
In my opinion Guesta is just steering up shit with Klein because he is an easy target. Klein is not favoured by the mc and has a very simple minded and rash personality. If he would pull that shit with anybody else it wouldn't work. And Guesta only gets attention if it seems like he gets bullied. He plays into that a lot.
