Nah, if I was Isekai’d I’d go straight for the cute, lack of drama side character lol we need more stories where they marry commoners or some random secretary, gardener, bar owner, whoever. It's really nice to see that the author knows the fact that castles and duke's mansions are not as lively as it is like other stories, they really paid attention in everything. They even mind the status when eating, it's admirable for even small facts, they mind it.
I'm not very familiar with how it actually was but is it true that like in this story the lady of the house would eat simple meals with the Knights ?
Medieval settings are always the best. And this author is doing a great job with it. I'm so used to the renaissance era these stories usually go for, I'd forgotten how much I liked the medieval ones.
That depended on the actual status and wealth of said noble. Some where dirt poor and had hardly better food or clothing than the commoners.
I don't think that the uke just made the emperor fall in love with him with just his Yin, I think something happened before that the uke does not remember. I mean, if their first meeting was the time the uke came, then yin and appearance alone won't suffice to make the emperor fall in love. The uke is very pretty but others are pretty too, is it really just Yin and appearance or is there another reason why he treats him more than the others??

I totally and really feel sad for his wife. She always think positive, yes he really finds money for his family but indulging into pleasure is not commendable. I still see that he still loves his wife than any other girl that showed up here, I commend him for that but it is still wrong to cheat.
