the office talk was about how the assistant manager and the other teams had conflicts with him lately and apparently the director ig he doesn't want to hold on to kim jongchan because that guy isn't taking any promotions. All those old men hate him skkskk so they're trying to recruit someone who'll do a better job than him and make that recruit kim jongchan's successor. Also they extend kim jongchan's contract since he isn't taking up promotions, so they want him to work for 3 more years so basically he can't like resign since it takes 5-8 months to complete the process. ( since its a contract it'll be hard to resign because he can't resign during those three years, i think within those three years they want to recruit someone who'll do a better job than kim jongchan and make that recruit his superior lol)
