First... Art style is good but the artist isn't really that great at drawing emotions, while reading I was so bothered by there faces specially when they're having sex cause they're like a statue just added with blushes and they're eyes is deader than a fish eyes ...
Anyways at the ending it seems like the ml is the one who caused the mc to turn into an omega using medicine though there's 2 probability of what actually happened.
1st: ML asked someone to give the medicine to MC and hidden it as a pheromones booster turning the MC into omega
2nd: The MC actually turned into Omega because of the pheromones booster but will be able to turn back into Alpha when cured but he didn't get cured because of the medicine that the ML gave, making MC a real omega
