I think you all are being too harsh on MC. He didn’t talk with MC about it, because there is absolutely no trust between them. He thinks ML will leave him just as quickly as the red haired alpha did. MC had his life ruined in a matter of couple of minutes, he was forced to abort his baby, all while the red haired alpha watched him struggle in pain, and later had his body ruined. That kind of thing doesn’t go away. The relationship between MC and ML is unstable, because it is based off of hatred and sexual attraction. It later changed into love, but it doesn’t change the past.
