I do feel kinda bad for him. It is his fault that he says stuff too bluntly, but so far it seems like he's never given any air time and is always scolded by everyone. No one's going to learn to do better if you don't give them an opportunity to and no one's going to learn if you just yell at them constantly. That will just make them more indignant.
