A summary from how I see it: There's something happening in Hell that means Cain is against Satan (perhaps Cain wants to rule Hell?). I'm assuming also that Cain is closely related to Satan, as he mentioned there are only a few with power like his and it was also mentioned that his power feels similar to Satan's. Sid is betraying Cain for some reason (perhaps he wants Satan as his 'King'?). There seems to be something happening with Gyeong joon and Cain (GJ's eyes were glowing at one point and he felt the pain in his chest. I think something is happening to his soul). Cain is also going through some changes, I assume, due to the bullet he got shot with that was forced from weapons from Heaven and Hell - so who knows what's happening to him rn.
The Dr can't go back to Hell because his Door died 500 yrs ago (this story is shown more in the raws). It's unclear yet the reason for all his clones and how he manages to survive without going back to Hell. The new guy escaped from Hell and I'm assuming he has some kind of power that let's him manipulate spells? Their conversation basically stated that he 'created' those nameless symbols in Hell, but didn't complete it fully before he escaped? I think someone in Hell finished these symbols and are using them for something, hence the amount of Doors being opened in the mortal realm. This guy is now working on a way to swap the owners of the Doors, which he thinks could help the Dr go back to Hell
I've taken a look at the raws until about Chapter 30 so there's a few other things I think might be going on, but I don't want to spoil!
