I read the raws and his leg and arms will not get broken instead he will be brought to a big hospital to get treated (finally...about damn time) and then Tae Sung will be by his side holding his hand and Soo Young thinks that Tae Sung is the one that safe him and even so far as to say Tae Sung is his lifeline and don't even want to let go of Tae Sung's hand because he is still shocked and use Tae Sung's hand to calm down.
(I think) Soo Young actually at this point trusts Tae Sung and actually thinks he is his safe haven. Then, when the doctor wants to speak with Soo Young privately he even wants Tae Sung to be there (Soo Young only thought about it though, he doesn't actually say it to Tae Sung to accompany him)
Then, Tae Sung will have a talk with Ki (the ponytail guy that stabbed Soo Young) privately. They have a talk about their past and it looks like Tae Sung kills Soo Young father (This one is just speculation, it may not be true, I know this because of the translated Korean comments in the site and I can't read hangul).
