Adrianna wouldn't go against him, she'll obviously need to tell Theodore bout the Demon Prince, and it wouldn't be really goin against him. I think the covers of this manhwa reflect their position in the relationship. In Season 1, Soo Young is on the ground close to Tae Seung's shoe (I assume). IMO, It represents that Soo Young is not only in a bad place but he has a low status or slave status. In the first season, Soo Young is just a property for both Ji Sung and Tae Seung, that must obey their orders and do not have a say or freedom on their own. Tae Seung doesn't even consider Soo Young as a human in the beginning maybe that's why he is naked too in the cover to even emphasized that in Season 1.
But then, in Season 2 Soo Young is being held by Tae Seung making them an equal that resulted from their dependency on each other. However, if you see the cover, Tae Seung's almost held Soo Young's neck. This may represent a "collar" to Soo Young's neck which means even though Tae Seung slowly values Soo Young more (his opinion, his health, and his well-being in general) Tae Sung still only consider Soo Young's as his property or pet which means he thinks trust is not necessary (as of now). What is important to Tae Seung rn is holding Soo Young by the collar (keeping him in check) by any means necessary.
Tae Seung's faces in the Season's 2 cover show insecurities. Tae Seung's controlling behavior towards Soo Young may be due to his own insecurities because he thinks his love is not enough to make Soo Young stays, cause they start their relationship on a bad term. As a highly logical and strategic person, he values feeling low, so he plans to manipulate and take control of Soo Young to make him stays. He takes control of Soo Young not only by punishing Soo Young when he behaves badly, but he also controls Soo Young financially (pay for Soo Young's needs), in order to make Soo Young dependent on him. It's a carrot and stick situation.
But, just because Tae Seung gets the upper hand, that doesn't mean Soo Young is still beneath Tae Seung. Because, in the end, Tae Seung goes to such length cause he needs Soo Young. If he doesn't need him he would have tossed Soo Young a long time ago.
In the case of Soo Young, he tries to reach Tae Seung's hand meaning that he tries to not let Tae Seung takes control of him. But he is blushing which means he begins to fall in love with Tae Seung. So, there is a battle within him of whether or not to let Tae Seung take care/control of him. But despite, his lack of trust in Tae Seung (judging by his concerned face on the cover) he chooses to trust Tae Seung for the time being. He is testing the water, I guess.
IMO, Soo Young is being held by Tae Seung meaning that at the time being Soo Young chooses to rely on Tae Seung since he trusts him for now cause he loves him. Contrary to Tae Seung, Soo Young values feeling more than logic. That's why he stays in two quite toxic relationships or that he chooses to not bring his mother back because he sees his mom is happy even though it will result in him getting killed by his father.
I want to see more of Byul....I mean I don't even know if he's Omega, Alpha, or Beta yet （/TДT)/

- Nila is very cold to Earl Bradington because she doesn't want to be dissapointed again (she remembers her past life). Earl Bradington will frequently visits Nila's residence to send gifts (mostly flowers and sweets) and eventually Nila's opened her heart to him.
-That guy is so nice the way he treats Nila in the novel will give you diabetes. He is from a Count Family so his rank is lower than Nila (she is marchioness) that's why he later will join Nila's family (istg I don't how this family rank works but that's what it says in the novel). Earl Bradington discussed it with his father about the family name heritage since his an only child, but then his dad said that he could just make another child (LMFAO HAHAHAHA) And, because of that Nila can continue to be Patrizia's lady in waiting.
- Earl Bardington and he's like his father in which he only falls for one woman and once he falls in love he will be a simp and very romantic to that girl (the guys in this story is all simp imo). He used to be very cold before falls in love with Nila
- Earl Bradington has a a best friend another count and Earl Bradington has discussion with him that he will never gets married so his best friend tease him a lot when Earl's Bradington says that he is going to marry Nila. That best friend will become the best man at his wedding.
- Earl Bradington will propose to Nila near the palace while surrounded by roses and both Empress and Emperor watch it from afar the proposal. At this point, everyone is happy and found their loved one.
- The Emperor and The Empress attends their wedding wearing a disguise (Idk why). And, if I'm not wrong they have their wedding in Nila's residence
I think the Emporer and Empress wore disguises because they’re the Emporer and Empress, ya know safety and assasination attempts and all that. They also watched the wedding from afar too.
