so basically they died in this “book world”, reincarnated and lived as friends while iheon has the memories of their previous life and wrote a book about them, however huimin doesn’t remember anything. iheon then somehow managed to bring them back to their previous life, to change their fate. but he then doesn’t have the memories, at least not until they had their first night together, then somehow woke up with memories of all past/future reincarnated lives. huimin, on the other hand only has memories of when they were friends, but not of the “book world”, and genuinely thought the book huimin is a different person.
