- when ur eating ur meals try to chew everything into smaller pieces: this will help ur gut digest the food easier and will also make u fuller faster bc ur brain will think ur eating more
- try not to drink anything when ur eating ur meals and wait a few hours after until u drink things to help digest

from what i'm seeing i feel like their side isn't really trying in the relationship and i feel like i would slowly break it off cuz it doesn't seem like they value your relationship as something super important or as much as you would like it to be ykwim.. personally i think u would be better off without them !! i know some people who just want peo...... reply
