I thought I already accepted Ash’s death even before reading the manga/watching the anime because of spoilers lol. BUT still cried a river when I was done for about a week idk. But during the early chapters, I have come to terms with why his death was inevitable in the series, he killed a lot of people and I think that death just begets death too. But I wish he could’ve atleast had his share of happiness. I wish he could’ve lived a little bit longer and experience everything he didn’t get to enjoy in his youth, that was taken away from him. I cried so hard when Sing said he suffered before his death, because Ash knew himself it was his price to pay for all the lives he took. Wherever you are Ash, I wish you eternal happiness and please enjoy watching over Eiji.

No, this is completely different. It’s one of the short stories Akutami made. It may or may not be the same universe as JJK but this is an entirely different story. You can go ahead and read it, this would not spoil you about JJK. (๑❛ᴗ❛๑) Akutami made and submitted a lot of short stories like this one and the JJK prequel before he got his big break and got offered to do a series about it so I hope if he finishes JJK, he would get an opportunity again to make another masterful series based from his other works like this one.
