I really don't get the 'you wasn't into guys to begin with' kinda saying.
Well, duh? You're not born knowing which gender you're gonna like, it happens in its own time. Some people figure it out straight away and others take a while longer. Besides, just because you're gay and have always liked guys doesn't mean you'll never fall in love with a girl - unless you have complete control over your future that is.( ̄へ ̄)
late ? they are teenagers (16 years) !
I think the term you were looking for was bi-curious. Guys/girls like that tend to be the reason why someone gay like Akari may at like that towards people who are/maybe are figuring out their sexuality late. It doesn’t mean they haven’t figured it out, but some bi-curious people end up being jerks to the LGBTQ+ community and can cause some trauma to others
Nope, it's pretty common. It's not about "love", it's about sexuality, and you learn about your sexuality during all your life : by making different experiences with different people.
It's not because you knew about your sexuality at 5 years that everybody does. Not everybody is precocious.
So asking about your sexuality at 16 is absolutely not abnormal (maybe he knew he was straight at 5 years old like you, but kissing his friend make him realise he could be gay/bi....)
.
If there are teenagers who are uncertained with their sexuality and you're reading me : don't worry, nothing is wrong with you, take your time, sexuality is not a fucking competition, live your life at your pace.
Somehow (and this is just my opinion but...!) this seemed like such a cop-out on the authors end. He basically revoked Naruto's and Sasuke's power to allow for Boruto's growth as the new 'Strongest Shinobi'
In all honesty, I was hoping for more organic progressions in Boruto's power and that overtime, Boruto would have surpassed his father (Naruto current self) simply by learning more/training more with his powers...
