Hi sorry this is not related to manga but I have been searching for this one novel forever. I don’t remember much but the novel is set in a world where there are marriage system that will determine their partner that they have to marry and I think they can say no to it but have to pay something like a fine. Then these two guy got paired and if I’m not mistaken they are both from military and the uke got hurt on one of his mission and required a blood donor. That’s all I remembe since the story got licensed and the team stop translating the novel.
