I'm back after a couple months and saw the rating drop a lot. It used to be 9.5. Did it get worse or something? Minor spoilers please.
I think it was because after he become a saint the storyline got uninteresting for others. It was somehow boring but bearable. I can actually understand them as someone who read this every update but I swearrr it's okay now!! I can assure you that, it's more interesting now.
As of now, the ML originally follow his plan since then. I mean he became a saint and help people according to how he wanted it, teaches new type medical procedures, and met a lot of challenges along the way.
