He is only taking care of her because he is planning to sacrifice her in order to win the game and become the duke. The final obstacle is to give the most precious thing/person to the demon in order to win, so he wants to fool him. Therefore he is protecting her to use her for that (the major sacrifice). That would explain why he saved her and replaced the baby his mom lost back then. Also what I am saying is the original plan he had... as time passes and she grows older he starts to dubt himself. But he has never see her as a sister but a mere sacrifice... never! And she doesn't either. He is just a way she can survive. So yeah no siblings relationship here.

He doesn't sacrifice her. And indeed he gets to really love her because she is all he has.

Ok so just one thing... if she wants revenge why doesn't she get it herself? I get both of them have things to hidde but... if she was hurt I see it disgusting for her to involve an innocent child in this. This feels so wrong and even if she does come back with anything I dont think she can redeem herself about this. She just took advantage and she is not better that the people who took advantage of her in her past life since she is also doing similar stuff. It is my opinion and it is okay if you defer so I am going to be here waiting to see how the author spins this around.

She doesn’t get revenge herself because she cant ruin the empire herself she will die. She’s exploiting and using the prince by getting him to higher ranks till he’s an emperor the destroy the empire. Obviously she has him in her palm so once he becomes emperor shes free to do anything. That’s why she’s been using the prince
I know she is been using him... and I agree with all you have said. But what I meant was that if she wants revenge she should of get it herself. I don't know like if she was the emperor's sword and so on she may know his weakness and of course the future... why not work with that? Insteed of getting a child involve in this. I know she is using him to do the work she doesn't want to do... but that is my point. I am like "If you want it dirty your own hands!". She does have some skills why not using them instead of a child.
Like i said she cant just simply kill the emperor she has to use others and take advantage of what shes known from the future and use it. She probably is going to kill him but shes using so he can become the next emperor and she can just swiftly kill him once hes no longer in charge and has the new authority from the prince aka the emperor shes going to make in being. She probably doesn’t know all the weaknesses of the emperor as she was just a test subject turned into a sword and mainly used for killing. Yes whats she doing is terrible to the prince who even knows if she’ll have a change of heart. I mainly see her as an anti hero although i dont agree with everything she does i still root for her and i hope she changes the path shes going on rn
i also dont like it even more that she begged a god to save her and when that wish came true she could have lived and used her knowledge for good, but she didnt, she used it for revenge. Which is understandable from what she had to go through, but I still dont like it. If it was just revenge in the people who did her wrong it is fine, but she wants to destroy the empire and make Dylan a tyrant, which could hurt other innocent people. She once used to be an innocent person who got used and hurt too, so how she could let that potentially also happen to others just does not sit right with me.
Exactly... I know Dylan is a genius and he gets she is using him and he is letting her for "X" reason. But as you said just because her soul suffered for 400 years she is willing to involve a kid and dirty his hands to destroy not just the individuals who hurted her but more people as consequance. She can become a ninja or sell the empire secrets and make them pay with her skills but no... "let Dylan do it" and destroy his life along the way. And even if that doesnt become the case in a future, the original plan is what I have problem with. Her attitude takes away all the sympathy I had once had for her.
At this point I am not even bashing the villian but like "What did he see in Duroa?"
