This can't be the end... Also I felt really bad for Gorou when Verde got super excited about waiting to get married till Gorou dies.. It's such an awful subject yet Verde didn't to think about it. 70 years should be a short time for demons, so shouldn't he be a bit sad? Maybe it's just me overthinking.

Nope. Some people thought the same thing. It's sad when you realize that...
Occasionally ignorance is bliss, but the truth will whack you hard anyway...
I think Verde didn't think of that and was only overjoyed that he won't have to marry as long as Gorou's still alive and they could still be together...
The series has ended, and it's rather realistic that way... But since we're already on the far edge of reality, since the author didn't say so otherwise let's think of their futures and imagine it however we want it to be. That's the nice thing about fiction...
We may change the outcome. (Unless the character has already died, or left, or stuff like that... Upon which I consider the case hopeless because the author has stated so...)
We can imagine that Verde and Endou got some sort of way to change those things...
We can imagine that they never loved others after that, we can imagine the sad thought of marrying others etc... But as for me, I think I'll just leave it as a happy ending, and that those two will never love another that way again.
YES YES YES YES YES!!
Yea I'm kinda happy u know.
