At first I was so sad that rogi was left alone by Aki-San, but I really like the idea of akitora staying with his wife.
So you like that he is with his wife due to the fact he's in the yakuza? And something about loyalty? I dunno, man. I'm all for loyalty, but why live a life doing things you don't wanna do just obtain more things you don't need or want. I don't care much for the wife—I don't think I'm supposed to since I very rarely see her—and really can't even see her character. Overall, I truly don't find her important except she's supposed to be a reason Rogi cannot be with Akitora. I like the idea of Akitora being a father though. But the wife? Eh. The story doesn't need her much only that she's SUPPOSED to be an obstacle. That's it. Not even a reason why he chooses to be with her(other than a kid) or any significance. He has already cheated on her so I don't see loyalty there. I see loyalty to his child, however. The fact he decides to raise a child with her doesn't sound right to me due to loyalty. It doesn't sound much too happy. Sounds like obligation. So I'm proud that he fucked Rogi. I'm proud he indulged. And I'm glad she has a taste of what happened.
I like the idea of him staying with his wife, too, because, quite frankly, she pairs better with him. Rogi is a loose cannon. Tora's wife is a cool cucumber. Rogi would be a disadvantage to a leader. Ane-san is a perfect wife for an evil yakuza leader. Just looking at it from a yakuza POV (since, let's face it. nobody in this story is a "good guy"), she is a better match.
1st: I'm so ready for the angst that is going to come. The end was defiantly foreshadowing.
2nd: is it just me or does yaoi or romantic manga in general give you so many high expectations of having a boyfriend/girlfriend/partner because I'm over here like I can't wait till I feel the same love that Senpai and yousuke has where it is all electricity and magical and shit. (▰˘◡˘▰)
