This manga never dissapoints with how fucked up it is! although im a tad bit confused, but i think what might be happening i this: The cop was dating tech guy and abusing him. Tech guy was the one who gave Ah'in those camera glasses, so he has the ability to blackmail killer guy. He is using that to get revenge . Although that wouldnt explain what the killer said "I accept" to at the end, since he already had kidnapped the cop? Im not rlly sure, all I know is that the whole set up of the pliers and leash is GENIUS!!! The mental turmoil that can go on just from that one small action. If he just stepped a bit further he could cut the wire and escape, but then he would end up killing the guy on the leash, and as awful as that guy is, you can't expect Ah'In to be able to kill anyone. What I love about this manga is that it has real psycology. As readers who know this is a fictiona manga, we all just want Ah'in to let the abusive guy die, but realistically, even if Ah'in didnt still have feelings for him, no one would just kill someone. He will probably think about it, but he is a mentally stable human (for now), so of course he wouldnt be able to go through with murder. Ugh, this manga is pure art
The uke had bought the spy glasses himself chapters ago, then the seme made the uke have sex in the shower with him, while the glasses were still on, which damaged them. Then the uke took the glasses to the Tech Guy but and asked if there was a way to recover the files or fix the glasses which the Tech Guy said that it was impossible to fix and recover the files (again, all that was shown in the previously chapters).
Now we discovered that the Tech Guy lied, he had the files, that he's is on an abusive relantionship and the reason why he was holding to the files was to either trade or blackmail with the files the seme and make him kill his abusive boyfriend.
The one on the leash is the main uke boyfriend who cheats on him, treats him like shit and only uses him for sex and money.
The cops where probably kidnapped because they were aware of the writer living on that area, they also received multiple ""prank calls"" of the writer being an actual Psychopath and they realized that the security cameras on that area where constantly breaking so they were going to check the other security cameras around that area to see if they could find something out, like who was breaking them and they would also report the camera as broken and ask for the repair.
I'm pretty sure the boyfriend of the Tech Guy wasn't any of the cops and wasn't kidnapped yet, since he only called and made the deal by the end of the chapter. Unless he had called sooner and it wasn't shown, that would mean that the Seme had broken the camera there on purpose and was waiting for that one specific cop to show up, because he knew that he would be patrolling that area or something like that.

Now that topics are back I can finally give my review on this!!
This is my favorite manhwa of all time. I’ve been following since chapter 20 and it keeps getting better and better! It’s EXACTLY my taste! The only thing that is different from being my 100% ideal manhwa was if it was puppy play instead of kitty play BUT kitty makes a lot more sense for the characters, and the fact there is any pet play is more than enough anyway! It’s got beefy manly tall tan gap moe protective yet super submissive mega masochist uke x shorter thinner pale pretty femme rich possessive cute handsome dominant mega sadist seme! Their dynamic is literally my favorite of all time! As for the plot, it’s also perfect! There is a perfect balance of plot and smut, and it’s one of the very few stories that I don’t skip any boring parts, because there are no boring parts! The story is consistent and makes sense, with new parts being added in smoothly in a way that doesn’t disrupt the previous plot. The main couple have in depth character development and go through ups and downs together. It is a bit psychological as well, because we get to see hwayoungs inner thoughts during play and how he thinks as a super sadist. It’s off not 100% realistic, but it is very accurate in terms of how bdsm actually goes! Preparation, contracts, doctors, aftercare, etc are all things many bdsm manhwa leave out, but you can tell this author has done research! I see some people criticizing hwayougns character, but like- he is supposed to be an asshole. It’s more realistic to have a character have a major flaw, and even better the story is AWARE of this flaw, and doesn’t act like there is no issue with his attitude. This isn’t a fluff story, despite having lots of cute domestic fluffy moments, so idk why people are saying its bad because the main character has some problems. He needs problems in order to have character development. And for the people saying it’s getting boring, I disagree. Yes, the gambling isn’t the most interesting arc yet, but that’s not supposed to be the main drama. It simply allows for the main drama to take place, being the relationship between sungjoo and gyuwon. Finally, this has to be my favorite art style ever! It’s very pretty and never awkward, with all the anatomy and designs looking correct and clean!
