I'll say this first, I really enjoyed reading it. I like the main characters and the overall plot. That being said, there are some aspects of this manhwa that I do find a bit problematic. And judging by the other comments I'm not the only one that feels so.
Honestly, I blame the author. They had the perfect setup for a wholesome story about how a tutor with a troubled past help heal a broken family. There's also a bit of a parent-child dynamic going on. But noooo, they just had to include unnecessary drama into the story. I'm fine with a bit of drama in a wholesome story, but not at the expense of the characters and plot..

Ray is such a freaking menace I love him so much lol!! I love how he's not afraid to throw fists with nobility. Often times in these types of manga the good guys are just pushovers and the bad guys get away with everything just because they're upper class. It's so refreshing to see the good guys getting the upper hand this time. I also like how Ray is portrayed as being extremely capable physically (especially during the mugwort hunting scene) which is an unexpected character trait for someone who looks beautiful like him. Yay for breaking character stereotypes!
P/s : Eddy x Andrew where?? Author teased us a bit with their small interaction so I was hoping to see more of them. And Eddy is freaking hot too! Its a crime for him to not have his own story!!

As others have mentioned in the comments, this is corny as fuck. It's like someone took all the showbiz related BL tropes and then dial it up to 11. The overall plot and characters also feels a bit shallow. While I didn't stop reading it, I can't say I'm fully invested in it either. It's more like "I'm already at ch5, might as well finish it.."
That being said, I can't say its a bad manga either. It's like one of those cheesy rom-com stories where you can just turn off your brain and enjoy the fluff. It's written for a specific group of people. Its not for me, but I'm sure a lot of people enjoyed reading this..

First off, I enjoyed reading it. Especially in the beginning because I think it has a lot of premise for a good single father BL story. But then the whole 'father complex' thing kinda threw me off a bit. It's not like its bad, but I think it could've been done better? Not to mention the overall plot seems a bit rushed? They both just met each other and they already told their whole life story. Also, this is one of the instances where the sex disrupts the storytelling. If there were more communication and spending time together and less sex, their relationship would've been more believable.
Overall its still an ok manga, its just a shame because it could've been better. Usually single father BL or childcare stories consists of a small child or baby, so I was hoping to see more with a teenage son/daughter..

Surprisingly, there aren't a lot of Korean x Japanese, or even with Chinese characters in BL. When it comes to foreigner love interest in BL mangas, it's always either European, American or Middle Eastern. So this manga feels like a 'fresh' idea even though its plot isn't that uncommon.
I also like the concept of having language barrier between the two characters. The way they kept used their phones to keep communicating with each other felt very endearing to me. Their situation also kinda reminds me of a k-drama where a Korean and a Japanese became roommates lol..
P/s: Woojin is a bitch. I get that the author wanna add some drama into the story. But I would've enjoyed the manga even if he wasn't in the picture, probably more so ..

Almost everyone in this manga is an idiot lol .. This is exactly what I need right now since I've been reading mostly stressful and depressing BLs lately. I love that there's not much twist and turn, and everyone ended up being rather wholesome especially the CEO. Also, I absolutely love the way the mangaka draws the characters reaction faces, they're either really cute or downright hilarious..
I read this a long time ago and gave it 5 stars (which just means the probability of me rereading it in the future, not the overall quality). But then I noticed the comments are mostly negative. So I reread it to find out why, and found out I did. Most comments are saying they lack communication, especially Mattel. And while I do agree 100% with the statement, he also strikes me as a bit of a sociopath. He seems to purposely avoid conveying his feeling almost as if to 'test' Louis. This is the kind of man that kept his suspicions of a serial killer's identity just so that he can keep Louis around longer. So him withholding crucial information is pretty on brand with his character. But that's not even the worst part of this manhwa for me.
What pisses me off the most is Louis. he is portrayed as a smart and capable captain of the guards that's investigating a serial killer case. So its fair assumption that he has a good head on his shoulders. But my god he is the dumbest uke I've read in a while. He would've suspected ever other men in the country to be the baby's father except for the actual father. And he's so oblivious to the most obvious thing, like the identity of the killer, that it stopped being laughable at this point. And he has zero sense of self-preservation too. Going out at night alone while there's a serial killer roaming around, and while pregnant too. And then when he got captured, instead of stalling for time and diffusing the situation he taunted the killer further. It's so fucking stupid. It just pisses me off when a smart character is dumbed down for plot reason..
Idk if it's writing or the character himself
