The only part I have a problem with is the 'conflict' near the end. It felt a bit dumb and over the top. The MC got mad at the ML even though everything he said was true and his reaction was justified. And afterwards when the 'friend' told him everything, he still didn't have the decency to apologize to the ML. The ML basically had to beg to take him back.
Meanwhile the friend, after nearly destroying a relationship got away scot free without even getting chastised for it. Dude was like "Hey I kissed you knowing that you're in a relationship because I just wanna cause a rift between you two. Sorry lol." and the MC was like "It's fine lmao, it happens. Have fun in France". Like wtf?
Look I get that the author wanted to add some drama to spice things up for the finale, but that was dumb as hell..

I feel like that even though you shouldn’t kiss your friend who has a PARTNER even with good intentions, I think it was justified. Without the friend’s actions, the MC wouldn’t have known about the ML’s weird creepy stalker toxic behavior, and confronted him about it. If the friend did’t act, the ML would’ve stayed distrustful and wouldn’t understand that what he was doing was wrong. In the future, he might grow so possessive that he’d cut off all of the MCs friends as well, completely isolating the MC.
Even though I have an entire list dedicated to possessive seme’s because that shit is hot, realistically and understandably, this kind of stuff needs to stay in fiction. Also I think we should assume that the friend apologized since he told him what had happened and after confessing his feelings, didn’t try to push the MC to get together, so he knows that what he did was wrong.
basically, without friend kissing him, no character development ╥﹏╥

Tbh, I dislike how spineless the uke is. Of course, as a civilian he should be wary of the seme since hes clearly dangerous. But hes been in the money laundering business for a while now so he should've at least have a good poker face and kept his emotions in check. But he trembles and flinches at every little thing, its getting a bit tiresome. Not to mention he kept making stupid decisions. Like who the fuck go out for coffee with their rapists? I would've slammed the door in his face..
I stopped reading at about chapter 20. I was hoping to pick it up again later when I'm less stressed by the mc but based on the comments it doesn't seem that the manga will get better later on. But for anyone finished reading this please let me know if the mc actually grows as a character later on..

Overall I still liked it. But the pacing felt all over the place especially in the earlier chapters. After a while it felt like the main couple's story dragged on for too long with a lot of nothing happening. At that point I'm more interested in the student's story. The ending also felt rushed, the dad seems to be intended to have some significance to the story but then it felt like the author gave up halfway. Seriously, if you remove the character the story will remain the same way..

I'm kinda tired of this type of story. Where the uke is basically an underdeveloped child with low self esteem issue and have nothing to offer except his body. Meanwhile the seme is perfect in every way and his only flaw is that he loves his boyfriend too much and gets jealous easily. I thought with 20 chapters we can at least see the uke grow as a person but hes the same person as he was back in school except happier now..
I'm already frustrated by how stupid the MC can be at times. And now that ending? You can tell by the end the author just gave up trying to make sense of the plot. Not only the bad guys basically won in the end, we also don't really get to see the MC and ML's past relationship and issue resolved in the real world. They just skipped to 'hey we're dating now'. FML I wasted hours on this shit..
