It started off okay and the seme seems to genuinely like the uke but then suddenly did a 180 and be like "I was just playing you.." It feels like the mangaka wanted to create unnecessary conflict just to give the uke an incentive to change himself.. Sure I like the new confident uke than his previous wishy washy self, but can't the author create a better excuse than that?
I can tell that the mangaka for this manga (and most yaoi mangas for that matter) is a woman. For some reason japanese woman usually like hairless clean-cut bishie looking men. At least the gay community in Japan still likes hairy men, if any of the bara mangas and gay pornos I've seen are any indication.
Normally I hate ditzy and naive ukes that has no redeeming qualities except for his looks, but since the story and other characters are entertaining enough I let it slide.
Btw, is there a story about Takaba and the other idiot secretary? At first it seems like the mangaka was going somewhere with it but then nothing happened..
Now that I've finished reading both mangas back to back, I suddenly find it funny how different the two main couple from both mangas are. Supposedly they're similar in age and while HY couple have sex on a daily basis, ODY couple's sex life is almost nonexistent. It feels almost torture-like lol..
Also, I know a lot of ppl don't really like Kenji x Yoshito because Kenji is basically abusing him. But I have faith in the mangaka, I'm also interested to see how his character will mellow out throughout the series. Stay strong Yoshito!!
This manhwa has so many memorable moments, but nothing comes close to the moment when Jeongwoo basically told Eungi's ex to GTFO .. Gotta love ukes with a bit of a backbone..
