I was searching for this for the whole day now, I kind of don't remember the title but basically from what I remember, the mc was an omega then the ml was an alpha and there's this one scene in the manga that I remember vaguely, the setting was on the gym and the omega was sorta in heat if I remember correctly then the alpha was protecting him.
