the plot is already iffy enough that I proceeded with caution, but I can't overlook how naive the FL is. She has no common sense or tact whatsoever. Sure, she loves her books and writing, but she's beyond acting carelessly just for the sake of her work. Asking inappropriate questions blatantly in public, going to hotels with strangers, calling someone her fuck buddy out loud with no remorse...it's too much.
I think it would have been more tolerable if she asked a childhood friend or something to help first, and then went to a stranger for help after said friend denied her. But it is what it is. I'll continue to read go see how it ends, but her character ruins it for me.
looking for the title of this smut I read about a woman named chiyo who gets in a relationship with some kind of beefy-looking tanuki, kitsune, or supernatural being? (Imagine a kitsune mask is his actual face).
I just found a pic in my gallery of chiyo in a nursing outfit on top of this supernatural being and can't remember where it's from (it wont let me post the picture). Thanks!
