It's a possibility but Joohoon is not the type to take an order from someone.
My theory Jiwook was threatened by Joohoon and Siwon came to the rescue (he was like Taemin before without being a fighter and maybe it's the raison why they swapped bodies) but being bullied by others (certainly an order from Joohoon as revenge for meddling) Siwon became a scared cat too boring for Joohoon and he decided to make him rapped for his own entertainment.
