So... I went to try and find some raw chapters and found some in Arabic which I translated using google translate and here's what the story has revealed so far (SPOILERS AHEAD also these are my conclusions based on the story thus far):
1. Noah is, at the latest chapter I read, not the killer. The blonde (?) dude with pinkish eyes who she thought was watching her is also not the killer. Funnily enough, they both think the other is the killer which is why he seems so sus from her POV.
2. Noah is, in fact, not crazy or suffering from a split personality. She can actually see and hear ghosts, which explains why she knows all the details of the crime, location of the body, etc. The victims' actual ghosts are telling her.
3. The blonde dude can also see and hear ghosts, but in the latest chapter he postulates that he prefers to go about his life as if he couldn't because if ghosts figure out you can hear/see them, they'll drive you mad with requests or smt. This also explains why Noah is kind of going crazy cause the ghosts are driving her to insanity by asking her for help.
4. In exchange for helping find Linda's body (the first victim), Noah asks her for help. She proves to her psychiatrist (Ronnie?) that she isn't schizophrenic or has multiple personality disorder by guessing cards drawn randomly from a deck while she holds him at gunpoint. He believes her and takes some time off work for falsely accusing her of being a murderer to the police to help her catch the killer and prove she's not the killer.
5. And then oopsie daisies- Ronnie gets killed before he gets the chance to help Noah. -_-
6. Some other things that happen:
6a. Sarah (Noah's brother's wife) has a sister (Helen) who comes to visit the family, promptly insults both Noah and her mother by insinuating that the mental illness is hereditary, thus Noah is destined to kill herself like her mom. Then, the sister winds up dead and Noah wakes up to find herself in front of the body in her car. She hides when she hears a witness. Noah's brother's wife becomes increasingly suspicious of Noah and ends up turning against her.
6b. Dennis ends up kind of outing Noah to the cops (who think she's sus) by saying he saw her go out at night alone. Dennis reveals to Noah that he saw a man in her room (presumably the killer) but refuses to tell the rest of the family cause he doesn't want to disturb the peace/get in trouble.
6c. The "treatment" that the family gave Noah for her auditory hallucinations is straight up child abuse Σ(っ°Д °;)っ. She apparently started hearing them at 5 years old and her dad, who was afraid she would go down the same path as her mother, consulted a (quack) psychiatrist who said the only solution was to... lock her in a basement with no sound. Noah was sent to a nicer looking dungeon and had to stay there making no sound. If she ever came out and made sound, she was sent back, over and over and over for her whole life. The manhwa expands on her general feeling of paranoia and unease as she fears that anything she does is scrutinized and ultimately, she could be sent back to the basement.
6d. Ronnie, the psychiatrist, ends up suspecting her (prior to believing her) and tells the cops, who wiretap his office. Noah is called in and she goes to see him, but realizes through Linda (the ghost) that she's being watched/eavesdropped on by cops. She promptly leaves his office shortly after but not before confronting Ronnie by whispering she knows they're watching/listening in, which is further testimony that smt supernatural might be going on.

i hate it when a 30 yrs old woman gets reincarnated as a 5 yrs old and acts like a baby + extra hate when they have a fckn crush on a 5 yrs old boy so i'll try my best to not add those weird ass stories and instead add tolerable ones
