Sorry, not sorry, but I straight up don't like the emperor. So far it seems like the original empress wasn't a bully or anything. In addition, how is it unreasonable for them to be close together? Their legit husband and wife. Even if he doesn't like her you should at least treat her decently. In fact, he probably treats the other concubines better than the empress, For the first few chapters he's straight up just cursing the empress to die and acting all smug. Doesn't even bother to put up a proper investigation nor guards. Ah, I snapped when he was acting all wronged just because his one-sided crush wasn't jealous and his 'wife,' the empress, were getting along well. Like bish what? You want them to be ripping each up? Their's a limit how much looks can give favourbility points...

Btw, still gonna read. Just gonna be sad if the emperor is the male lead. (╬￣皿￣)凸

How is this rated 8.8 stars? The art is amazing and the female lead is such a baddas. She has the characteristics I love in characters: rational, calm, and fearless. She's a total modern day queen that can even leave ghost shaking in fear!! (≧∀≦)
