Idk how to explain this all. You started with an very one sides view of shit and slowly you can see how everything and everyone is not that because of yes, everything has a reason. Hell even Osis (even though he did horrible things to Seth and so did Seth to all the humans and gods after him). It's a very complext world and characters with wonderful storytelling. Idk I'm just so impressed and now obsessed with this story. But even though I enjoy the drama I still wish Seth will live happily and repent his sins.
While those heros are struggling saitama is just vibing somewhere.
That's maybe true, but just think about it, Tatsumaki could shine this time and other heros too. It's also better to just focus on the main character who is obviously stronger then all of the foes. It will become boring if the same would happen and there is no real threat for him and he is always everywhere to help.
Besides he is still a C Rank and obviously no one from the association know about his true power, so they won't let a c rank to interfere, if he ever made it (the other heros won't let it too). I get your point, it is frustrating to know the one who can save them is not there, but I think there would be a part where Saitama will shine in front of them.
Idk could be just me but I don't think it's a "your ma old lost pal ngl" story lol. Tbh I don't really get why people thing that (am interested to understand). But I think it's based of the line "I'm going to love you now lol". I mean we all know that he is an psychopath and from the previous chapter where he told about the puppy, and how much he loved him, gave him everything and felt like the puppy doesn't accept it(correct me if I'm wrong) and he thought it doesn't deserve his love so he took everything he gave it back. And littually end it's life.
I'm not sure but it feels like an comparison to this situation, of course it's not exactly the same, but still similar. Maybe later he gave him everything like he said and ah boi doesn't seem to accept it either. Maybe it will play out that mr psychopath who doesn't understand how love works will then at the end learn how love really works. If it's done correctly the character development will make sense and that is essential especially in the story where this characterd personality plays a great role. Still I hope it won't end like ks and left me with an disturbed and sad feeling.
It's just my theory, a story theory
(i could be as wrong as my exam answers, but well I just have to see)
