dear diary it is now almost month 7 without a nerd project update, ive lost hearing in my right eye and taste in my left. please update this before i lose sight in my nose and smell in my ear

could be dark but id perfer lighthearted and cute! also would perfer it not be in a highschool setting/characters.
what i remember -
a boxer and a guy with a photogenic memory. memory guy had a suitcase that was very important to him, they wanted to find a safe place and had a map but ut got lost or something so the boxer had to keep the other guy around because he could remember it. i remember a bus scene and they soent the night at a school where there was 2 children and their sort if guardian.
