Actually Aria’s power came from paternal grandmother. she married the royal family and drank a kinda holy water. The power will manifest when they are in a deadly situation and desperate to have it, so Aria’s body will bear more burden than Asher since she’s not the direct descendant of the royal blood line.
Do you remember the grandma who made Aria wear male cloth she told her that she remind her of someone, the guy has the same blond hair as aria, and they kind of have the same personality I think according to the crown prince, I think the guy was Aria's COUSIN

From what I know her grandma was given something to drink for her to get powers when she married into royalty but they found out she was already pregnant with a child from a noble from the country she came from so she’s royalty in another country and I think they banished the child which is the fl’s father and the fl’s mother met the dad and they had a child but had to separate dew to personal reasons and the mom married the count the now father of the fl and remember when she visited an old woman that made her wear men’s clothes I think that was the half sibling of her dad and thought they looked alike so the fl’s powers came from the grandma and they have the same powers
But her powers aren’t strong because she isn’t royalty

If I remember correctly Aria’s grandmother was engaged to a marquis? Of the neighborhood country but someone from Asher’s royal family (i think his uncle or smtnhg) fell in love with her at first sight and used his connections to have her engagement broken and have her mary him instead. She had a daughter with him but then met her previous lover and fiance (the marquis) again and had an affair with him. She then became pregnant with Aria’s father. After her husband found out his son was actually a result of an affair he became enraged and banished both Aria’s grandmother and father from the royal family and the country all together. Aria’s grandmother then went back to her previous fiance and married him with her son as the Marquis’ official heir. Since Aria’s father had to leave the country all of a sudden he wasn’t able to take Aria’s mom with him and that’s how he never knew about Aria. Even now he’s always very sickly because he misses Apple (the name Aria’s mother used as a prostitute) a lot. And spends all his time locked up in his estate.
