No, I think it is more like mc family probably move to a different place after the accident. Bc it look like ml didn't know he was into a accident and was shock that he lost his memory. And I think he is a wolf.

It’s because he was on the phone with that one guy with the tattoo on his neck when Ahjuicy came to beat him up. He heard it all and it was scary. Afterwards, Ahjuicy came to his house and could tell he was scared and left. At least that’s what I remember. I’m about to reread it
