It contains graphic violence and gore. It is literally brutal. Many people whining that they were so traumatized and it breaks their mind. Yet the warning was unappreciated.
There's already other gore published but it seems this particular doujinshi was too much that it had to be removed. Yet again, because they didn't read the warning.

Me, I flew past the tags because it was YOI and I felt sick by the time I stopped reading it. Almost started crying , I was stunned at how deeply upset it made me but the author seemed to take out some intense hate on the character of Victor. Jist way too much.

Eeeh, it's not really bad. I mean the story is not good, it's rather pointless and boring (hilarious because of it's stupidity tho), but there's nothing traumatizing or really upsetting about it. There's much more more violent and gory movies or even comics than this.
It wasn't that bad, honestly i have read far worse, an example is a manga where a little boy crossdress and an old man find him and f**ck him and then chrush his di*k and balls(⊙…⊙ ).
That is more gore than that YOI manga, a little bit boring you could say
